Since I haven't heard of it, it must be a local specialty. No matter whether it tastes good or not, I have to try it. The store itself is in an old residential building. The store owner does not intend to make it look like a restaurant. There is no lobby, but private rooms. The private rooms are also quite old. It seems that it mainly relies on strength. Ordering dishes is like hot pot, ordering meat or vegetarian dishes by yourself. I feel that this Lao Guo is like Teppanyaki, a large flat-bottomed pot with a lot of oil. Like hot pot, you put the ingredients in the oil in the pot and cook them, and then dip them in chili powder and other seasonings according to your preferences.
